Constantine is coming to 4K UHD Blu-Ray in 2025.
The hit movie is based on the Vertigo comic character created by Alan Moore, John Totleben and Steve Bissette and cemented in the minds of readers by Jamie Delano, John Ridgeway and Garth Ennis.
Constantine (the film) has proven to be a continuing success with audiences, despite being fairly far removed from its source material. The original comic book version of John Constantine was a Liverpool-born, blonde trench-coated, shifty manipulator. Although the film kept some of John’s character traits, he morphed into a dark-haired – and distinctly American – Keanu Reeves. However, it’s worth noting that the script loosely draws from Ennis’ Dangerous Habits storyline.
The film reaches its 20th Anniversary in February 2025 and to celebrate, Warner Bros. Pictures are releasing a 4K UHD Blu-Ray for the first time. And we’ve got all the details of the features-packed release as well as a trailer.
Taking a look at the features, it seems Warners have ported over all the extras from the film’s Blu-ray release, as well as adding a new feature on the film’s anniversary, Two Decades of Damnation.
Although the release is only set for US audiences at present, it’s likely the UK will see a sympathetic release around the same time. We’ll do our best to keep you informed of the UK ate as soon as it’s announced! In the meantime, the US release is set for 17th February 2025!

The film is produced by Lauren Shuler Donner, Benjamin Melniker, Michael E. Uslan, Erwin Stoff, Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Akiva Goldsman.
