Streaming giant Netflix offered an exciting first look at it’s live-action Cowboy Bebop - and gave us a release date to jam to! The show starts spinning from 19th November and will star John Cho as Spike Spiegel, Daniella Pineda as Faye Valentine and Mustafa Shakir as Jet Black. Together, they’re a team of intergalactic bounty hunters, tracking down criminals across the solar system.

The show will also feature Alex Hassell and Elena Satine, with André Nemec serving as showrunner and executive producer (for Midnight Studios) along with Jeff Pinkner, Josh Appelbaum and Scott Rosenberg. The look of the characters is incredibly accurate, something that is already pleasing fans.

First announced in 2017 then picked up by Netflix in 2018, Cowboy Bebop is based on the anime of the same name, which first premiered in 1988 proving to be an instant hit, despite on lasting 26 episodes. The show also inspired two Manga series and an anime movie. The series will run for 10 episodes. Check out the first images below!
